Admissions Policy
Securing Asia is open to government, armed forces, emergency services, police,
academia, media and trade visitors from the UK and overseas. If you wish to attend
the Summit, or have been invited to attend, you will need to apply via the online
registration system or by completing a registration form.
General
Admission is restricted to government, professional and business visitors who are
engaged in bona fide areas of the homeland Security Industry. All applicants will
be subject to a security clearance process.
Visitors should be involved in or has some connection or interest in ‘Securing Asia
’ and Homeland Security.
All stand personnel, visitors and guests acknowledge that only ‘Securing Asia’
official admission badge, worn by the person named on it, will permit admission
into the Summit.
Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Any failure
is likely to lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being removed
from the Summit.
Anyone obtaining a ‘Securing Asia’ Summit badge by theft, deception or other
illegal means will be refused admission or asked to leave the Summit.
Anyone attending Summit must carry some form of photo-ID (passport, photo-ID driving
licence, national identity card) or other identification acceptable to the Organisers
which the Organisers may ask to see.
Anyone attending Summit must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations,
objectionable behaviour or any activity which may disrupt Securing Asia.
No one under the age of 16 will be able to attend the Summit unless accompanied
by parent or guardian.
All persons attending the Exhibition must wear suitable business dress or uniform.
Official ‘Securing Asia’ photographers will be taking photographs at the Summit.
The Organisers shall be entitled to use such photographs, which may include photographs
of visitors, for the purpose of marketing in future.
The Organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from the Summit and
Venue who does not comply with this policy or who they reasonably consider are likely
to break these rules or who is prohibited from attending under any applicable laws
or regulations.
