Maj Gen (Retd) Kohli is a post graduate in Management with distinction, an alumnus of IIM Ahmadabad and College of Defence Management, Qualified in Advance Computer Technology and Software, and a Certified Corporate Director.

He has experience of 37 years of equipment and logistics management in the Defence services Held senior Command, Staff & Instructional appointments in the Indian Army. As Maj Gen at Army HQs was Addl Dir Gen Ordnance service, responsible for Technical stores- Electronics, Armaments, Ammunition, and machinery for the Army, handling large budgets, financial planning and Procurement & Technical command control over the concerned Central ordnance Depots/ammunition depots.

At the rank of Brigadier commanded Central Ordnance Depot, Jabalpur responsible for technical stores, Armaments and Ammunition for the entire Army and MHA units ;also commanded Central Vehicle Depot, Delhi Cantt responsible for all India requirement of “A” & “B” vehicles, tools & accessories,.

He was a senior Instructor at the Army’s College of Materials Management, Was on staff at MOD as Director Pers, Director Coord with MGO Branch and was part of many Foreign Procurement committees.

He is the Senior Advisor with BEL (Optronics) and the Country Head /MD & Co-Founder of a US based MNC in IT/KPO work with a staff of 5000 Engineers in India. He is also the senior Advisor with EADS India Pvt Ltd. He is also a Fellow of British Institute of Management UK, Fellow of Indian Institute of Material Management, and Former President CSI (Computer Society Of India- Delhi chapter).
